YOUR PACK SHIPMENT
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped by the best postal or courier service.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and dimensions of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. For insurance on your deliveries please purchase Parcel Tracking.

If your order goes missing in the post we will replace it, only if you pay for this service! In saying this we have only ever experienced a very small number of incidences of package going missing and we have found out reasons for this and have taken preventive ways to deal with this so you can be assured of 99.99% of successful delivery.
We know nobody likes to pay for postage so if we over calculate your postage we will refund you the postage, that we got wrong and we also say Sorry :)
Pre-Orders
We often put up pre-orders ahead of new upcoming releases to give us time to get records packed and out to you on time. pre-order shipping dates are an educated guess on when we think we will have records ready to ship but please don't take it as an exact date as pressing plants can be very slow these days. If you add extra records in with a pre-order we will ship everything together as the postage paid for that order covers pre-order and the other items and shipping cannot take place until we have everything in place.
