INNER DOG EP

Inner Dog are a London‑based post‑hardcore four‑piece formed in 2025 who were gigging and recording within just three months of forming. Their sound channels raw energy into something both aggressive and melodic, driven by instinct and urgency.

Their debut EP features “Bears Eat Honey” “Truths” and “Smoke Mirror,” and are one of 2026’s must see bands. For fans of Gouge Away, Metz, Scowl and Mannequin Pussy.

“Truths” is one of the first songs the band wrote and released, introducing themes of grief and resilience. The lyrics were originally written talking about Clémence’s mum passing, but they also ended up connecting to the other members’ respective stories. 

“Bears Eat Honey” touches on generational trauma & millenials’ misogynistic upbringing whilst simultaneously sounding like a summer anthem. 

“Smoke Mirror” is without a doubt the most visceral track of the three, taking the band to a different direction and setting the limit further. It carries a darker energy throughout, Clémence narrates a childhood memory of when she lost consciousness, a story about death and acceptance.

Their debut EP will be released on cassette and available to download via Serial Bowl Records on September 18th
