      RETURNS POLICY

      If you decide that you do not want something that you've ordered, we will accept a return only if the merchandise is unopened and still new (if it is clothing, it must be unworn and unwashed). We will give you store credit provided that what your return is in new condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on vinyl except as stated under the defective policy mentioned below.

      Defective Merchandise
      Defective merchandise can be exchanged. Just contact us if you have any issues. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving order. Damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item, as long as we have it available.

       

      REFUND POLICY

      Return of received goods or payments.  This does not apply with respect to goods being handed over in the event that such deterioration is exclusively due to your inspecting the goods as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. If you use the item according to its determination you will not be held responsible of any replacement upon deterioration.

      The Customer is obliged to make return shipment of order at their risk, if it can be sent by parcel. The costs of return shipment may be imposed on the customer. Elsewhere the return shipment is for free. Payments have to be refunded by the customer within 30 days from dispatch of the notice of revocation. The deadline starts with your dispatch of your return item in question; for us it starts with our receipt of the same. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issue.
